The Parent has requested the floor to express the following considerations.
I will certainly ruin the newly elected me to an evening as important as that of the swearing in of Mayor and Aldermen and Councillors of the settlement, it still very well remember the excitement and pride to have been elected the first Councillor and then appointed Deputy Mayor.
